Compensation

We provide a competitive local salary.

Social Security

We are subscribed to the government’s social security system.

Leave and Holidays

Our vacation leave is equal to one day per month of the contract. We have 30 days of paid sick leave based on the labor code of Thailand Paid maternity leave for three months or according to the applicable policy. Paid paternity leave is two weeks. Sixteen days of public holiday, including Christmas. Compensation leave for days where you are required to work on a non-working day.

Professional Development

We also budget for staff advancement and personality development. We are promoting aligning career goals with their life goals by allowing them to learn how to do that in a life-changing workshop.

Work Remotely

We recognize that people have a different way of becoming productive. Some are productive in an office setting. Some are productive if they are in a coffee shop. Working remotely on some occasions is current practice.
